Cancellation Requests
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@teeterpal.com.

Refund Policy
- 30+ Days Before Camp Start Date: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- 15-29 Days Before Camp Start Date: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 Days Before Camp Start Date: No refund, as camp materials, staffing, and resources

have already been allocated.

Medical & Emergency Cancellations
- If a camper must cancel due to a medical emergency, a doctor's note is required, and

we will issue a full credit refund for a future camp session.
- Other extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Camp Cancellations & Modifications
- If Ad Foris must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low enrollment)

a full refund or camp credit will be provided.

No-Show Policy
- If a camper does not show up for camp and no cancellation request has been submitted, no refund will be issued.

Camper Behavior & Code of Conduct
By attending our Ranch Overnight Camp, campers and their guardians agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct.
At our Ranch Overnight Camp, we are committed to creating a positive, safe, and respectful environment for all campers and staff. To ensure everyone enjoys their experience, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines:
Respect for Others
-Treat fellow campers, staff, and visitors with kindness and respect.
- Bullying, teasing, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Use positive language and maintain appropriate behavior at all times.

Respect for Property
- Camp facilities, equipment, and supplies should be used responsibly.
- Any intentional damage, vandalism, or theft will result in appropriate consequences.
- Campers are expected to keep their sleeping areas and communal spaces clean and tidy.

Safety First
- Follow all camp rules and staff instructions to ensure a safe experience.
- Campers must stay with their designated group unless given permission by a staff member.
- Horseplay, roughhousing, or dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited.

Animal Care and Ranch Etiquette
- Treat all animals with care and respect; no teasing, chasing, or inappropriate handling.
- Follow staff guidance when interacting with ranch animals to ensure safety for both the camper and the animal.
- Closed-toe shoes must be worn in all animal and activity areas.

Participation and Attitude
- Campers are encouraged to engage in all scheduled activities and to maintain a positive attitude.

- Respect the learning environment by listening attentively and cooperating with peers and staff.

Electronics and Personal Items
- Electronics such as phones, tablets, and gaming devices are discouraged during camp hours to encourage social interaction

and full engagement in camp activities.

- The camp is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

Health and Well-being
- Campers are expected to follow hygiene practices such as regular handwashing and staying hydrated.

- Any illness, injury, or concern should be reported immediately to a staff member.

Consequences for Misconduct
- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in warnings, timeouts, or in serious cases, dismissal from camp without a refund.
